The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Is there anything you should do before we arrive?
    Yes, stop cleaning before we clean! Relax! Unless there is something that you are uncomfortable with us doing, we can pick up toys, clothes and what not. If you prefer your own cleaning products, please leave them in the kitchen to be seen. If you are requesting changing of linens, please leave them on the beds you wish changed. If you have pets, please make sure we are aware and they are safely secure. If you wish for them to be let out, please leave details.
  • What if you can’t be home when the team arrives?
    No problem, this is very common. You may provide us with a key or entry code. All keys are marked and controlled to maintain your security. This arrangement works very well and allows us to access your home or office to clean at the appropriate day and time. If you do not provide us a key, and you are not home to let our team members in at their scheduled time, a lock-out charge may be applied.
  • What if you need to reschedule or skip your regular service arrangement?
    No problem. We realize that life gets busy and things happen requiring you to move your schedule a round. We ask that you please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can change our team member’s schedule and arrange for an alternative service time and date for your service. We are closed on major holidays.
  • Who supplies the cleaning supplies and equipment?
    We bring everything we need to professionally clean your home including supplies, nontoxic cleaners and equipment. If we are doing laundry, you will just provide the items necessary to complete the task, such as laundry detergent, fabric softener or and iron,etc. if you desire.

When is payment due? How should I pay?

Payment is due on your day of service unless other arrangements have been made. 

You may leave a check or cash, send via PayPal or by debit paid to company. 


Tipping is not required but a little gratitude can go a long way.

Cancellation Policy


We confirm all appointments by sending reminders the day before.

Cancellation less than 48 hrs. fee $25

Snow Day or Unsafe Weather-As you know, our weather can get nasty. If we decide not to venture out, you will receive a timely phone call, and we will reschedule your home as quickly as possible. We do request that you clear your driveways and sidewalks for our safety as well-or this may be a service we can provide as well.


Vacation Policy-When you decide to take some time off, and it occurs during your scheduled cleaning times, please let us know if you wish to skip a service appointment, as someone else may want your time slot.
